Undash Studio("Undash", "we") provides an AI website builder and hosting service for businesses in India. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Data we collect
- Account information from Keycloak (email, name) when you sign in.
- Project content: prompts, site specifications, chat messages, and uploaded logos.
- Payment records via Razorpay (we do not store card numbers).
- Anonymous visit counts for hosted sites you publish on Undash.
How we use data
We use your data to generate and host your website, process payments, send transactional emails (deploy confirmations, receipts), and improve the service. Prompts may be sent to AI providers when you use generation features.
Hosting & retention
Published sites are stored on Undash infrastructure (object storage + CDN). Project data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion via Settings → Delete account.
